Sadly we are not currently offering returns, this is because all information about the product is included in the description along with accurate measurements so please check these if you are unsure on sizing. However if you are unhappy with your purchase or feel as though it is not as described please contact us. 

If a return is accepted the item must be returned within 10 days of the customer receiving the item, in the same condition as before the purchase and in the website photos. A refund of store credit will then be given so you can enjoy a different item from shopmazzz <3.

UK - All orders are shipped within two days of purchase via Royal Mail.

Standard UK 48 hour shipping is £3.45.

Express UK 24 hour shipping is £4.15.

INTERNATIONAL - International orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked and signed delivery. International orders can take anything from 4 days - 3 weeks to arrive depending on delays. We are not responsible for any customs charges, however we do everything we can to try and avoid our customers paying import tax.
