RETURNS

Can I return my item?

We will always try and find a resolution for you if you feel as though your item does not fit the website description given or arrives damaged.

If you feel like your Shopmazzz purchase fits into this category please email marie@shopmazzz.com. We will always do our best and try to get back to you within 24 hours.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund items if they fit the description, so please check all of the measurements in the description if you are unsure on the sizing of an item.

What if my return is accepted?

If your return is accepted you will have to cover any shipping costs. We always recommend you send the item tracked incase any issues occur.

When we receive the item back and have completed our checks you will receive a refund for the value of the item returned.

Please note: The returned item must be in the same condition as via our website photos and description (or as discussed if the item arrived damaged) in order for it to pass our checks, so you can receive your refund.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide,

UK - All orders are shipped within two days of purchase via Royal Mail.

Standard - UK 48 hour shipping is £3.45.

Express - UK 24 hour shipping is £4.15.

INTERNATIONAL - International orders are sent via Royal Mail standard rate tracked/signed delivery.

We do not currently offer any express international shipping options.

International orders can take anything from 4 days - 3 weeks to arrive depending on delays. In some cases it can take even longer especially around busy periods so please bear with us.

Please note if you are an international buyer you may be subject to custom fees. We are not responsible for any customs charges and they are not included in our shipping fee. We do everything we can to try and avoid our customers paying import tax but sometimes this is unavoidable.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number is sent to you via email (please check your junk box!) If you have not received a tracking number 72 hours after purchasing please email marie@shopmazzz.com and we will be able to assist you.


I am international and the tracking states 'returned to sender' what do I do?

When placing an order we always recommend you double check your address is correct to avoid issues. We are unable to refund orders if you type in the wrong shipping address and do not notify us of this before we ship your order.

Please make sure to follow your tracking number closely as often with international orders delivery is missed which results in the parcel being held at your local sorting office. Please try and pick up your parcel in the timescale given by the courier.

If your parcel has been returned back to us because you have put your address incorrectly, not paid a customs fee or failed to pick up your package (for example you are on holiday). We are unfortunately not able to refund your shipping cost.

When we receive your order back we will contact you to see if you want a refund for the item/s or if you would like us to reship it to you (we will ask for another shipping fee).

PACKAGING

All items are sent in sustainable reusable packaging. At Shopmazzz we also try to reuse old materials to minimise our wastage as much as we can.
